The Chairperson of the CNE, Bishop Carlos Matsinhe, signed a decision different from the decision issued by consensus by the members of the CNE. The suspension of the Beira STAE district director was confirmed in a communique on Thursday, and by the CNE spokesperson on Friday of last week. But he remains at work, because he has not yet been formally suspended.<\/p>\n

The bulletin \u201cCIP Elei\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d has had access to the two resolutions. One is unsigned, supposedly because it was consensual between everybody, but another was signed by the CNE chairperson, and some members of the CNE are not in agreement with its content.<\/p>\n
