So far, only 25% of ZILMP\u2019s overall emissions reduction target and 14% of the overall revenue target have been achieved, with minimal benefits reaching local communities. Benefits shared with communities, the private sector, district and provincial authorities, and the Gil\u00e9 National Reserve amount to only about 3% of the originally estimated program benefits.
