The speakers were Florival Mucave, from the Oil and Gas Chamber of Mozambique, Joseph, Hanlon, International Development Specialist, Jos\u00e9 Mendes\u00b8 from the Gas Department of the Mozambican Geological Mining Association &#8211; AGMM and Assif Osman, Businessman from Cabo Delgado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The recent armed attacks on 24 March 2021 in Palma District, Cabo Delgado Province, in addition to the deaths, destruction of economic and social infrastructure and displacement of thousands of people, caused the paralysis of Total\u2019s activities with no foreseeable resumption.
