This guide is a contribution aimed at informing Mozambican society about the altercations that are intended to be introduced in the framework – anti-corruption law in Mozambique, with the approval of the Proposed revision of the Law on the Public Prosecution, aiming to expand the powers of the Central Office for Combating Corruption. This contribution is also intended to involve Mozambican society and all actors in the judiciary in the debate and approval of these amendments at the level of the Assembly of the Republic, monitoring the respective process.
