The Opinion of the Administrative Court (TA) regarding the General State Account (CGE) 2015 does not deviate from the rule that has characterized the last few years in relation to the Report Opinion of TA1, raising the same problems recurrently. In this case, most of the findings are contained in the Opinion referring to the 2014 CGE. It is the position of the TA from previous years that presents findings and recommendations, but which, subsequently, are not properly followed up.
