The Public Integrity Center (CIP) followed with great interest the publication, by the Attorney General's Office (PGR), of the Executive Summary of the Independent Audit Report on loans to companies ProIndicus, EMATUM and MAM launched by Kroll. It is the first official publication of the State that aims to explain the contours of debts contracted in a hidden way and that received guarantees from the same State in an unconstitutional manner and in violation of the Budget Law.
