One of the highest moments of democratic governance in Mozambique is the presentation, by the Head of State, of the “Annual Information to the Assembly of the Republic on the General Situation of the Nation”. Presented in December of each year, this information portrays, from the perspective of the Head of State, the general situation (of governance) of the country in the year about to end.
