The CIP advocated the need for protection of magistrates in an analysis that it released today, in connection with the approval, a week ago, in the Assembly of the Republic, of amendments to the Statute of Judicial Magistrates.
“In practical terms and in terms of legislative economy, a single law should be produced that safeguards the need to protect judicial magistrates and the Public Ministry”, the document reads.
