After sending a mission to London, United Kingdom, on March 20, 2018, to
discuss with creditors of the so-called illegal debts, five months later, in
August 2018 the response from creditors came with proposals related to
Gas recipes.
So far, the Government has not publicly commented on this proposal,
this creates uncertainty and the CIP draws attention to the steps that must be taken to
to clarify how gas revenues should be used.
