The director of the Institutional Coordination and Image of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), Rogério Nkomo, exercised public functions in a flagrant situation of conflict of interest. As the newspaper “Notícias” attests in its edition No. 30.537, of December 7, 2018 on pages 19 et seq., where the Report and Accounts of CFM, EP for the year ended December 31, 2017 are presented , Rogério Nkomo concurrently exercised the functions of administrator in the public company in question, which was already prohibited by law, specifically, the Public Probity Law (LPP), considering that it has been in force since 2012.
