The year 2018 was marked by major challenges for the implementation of the Accountability program, given the continuation of attacks by the alleged insirentes all over the province of Cab Delgado and with some threats to the city of Pemba.

This situation caused uncertainty and, for a period, activities were suspended, without, however, affecting the performance of the project, taking into account the activity plan approved for that year.
