Prior Inspection – FP (through a visa) corresponds to the exercise of the power of financial control or the legality of certain administrative acts before their practice. FP is understood as the most controversial form of control of public expenditure that causes within public institutions subject to the jurisdiction of administrative courts, whose processing process may be leading to acts of corruption on the part of officials who intervene in their several steps, leading to the decision by the judge.
