The driving license is on sale at the National Institute of Land Transport (INATTER). It costs 50,000 meticais and is fast. There is no need to enroll in a driving school, undergo physical aptitude and driving tests. All you have to do is pay and, in two weeks, you have your license and can drive. During six months, the CIP carried out (more) an investigation and managed to buy some fake driving licenses that were recognized by the Traffic Police and INATTER.
