The Public Integrity Center (CIP) learned, through the press, of the case of sexual abuse of a minor (13) and thirteen years old, accompanied by recording of images that were offensive to public morals, through the exposure of her private parts. The images were later disseminated on social networks. The identity of the authors of the act was not revealed.
However, the CIP carried out an investigation with a view to discovering who were the members of the group that committed the act of sexual abuse of the minor.
