Most of the world's major exporters pay bribes to make their business in developing countries viable, and Mozambique is one of the main recipients of bribes. Local authorities in exporting countries are not properly investigating and penalizing cases of bribes paid abroad, concludes a study by Transparency International (TI), whose report is published today in Berlin, Germany.
