The Mozambican Public Integrity Center (CIP), a non-governmental organization, today criticized the non-operation of the Competition Regulatory Authority (ARC), five years after the entity's legal approval, questioning the reasons for its absence.
The CIP considers that the absence of the ARC caused the Mozambican Government to approve the Decree on Competition in Air Transport Services this year, usurping the functions of that entity.
