The Attorney General's Office (PGR) produced and circulated a Press Release with No. 1/PGR/2019/012.3. The aforementioned document is nothing more than a demonstration of how this body exercises its powers in a reactive and circumstantial way. This way of acting by the highest body of the Public Ministry (the highest body of the Public Ministry according to the law is the PGR), means that it only exercises its powers and communicates with the citizens when it is constrained.
