Law no. °31/2014, of 30 December (which reviews the legal regime relating to the Statute, security and welfare of the deputy) is a legal instrument that established the “reintegration allowance” for deputies of the Assembly of the Republic (AR). It should be noted that, in order to earn the said allowance, the law exempts the deputies from any contribution, as prescribed in paragraph 2 of article 45 of Law no. 31/2014″.
