Chapter 5 of the Report and Opinion on the General State Account (RPCGE) for the year 2019, which addresses the Extractive Industry in Mozambique, similarly to previous years, generally indicates that the information in the General State Account (CGE) ) of 2019 for the extractive sector is unreliable for an economic and financial analysis because it largely violates the principles of clarity, accuracy and simplicity that guide the preparation of the CGE. Remain unfulfilled, a large part of the recommendations of the previous audits, ie, 80% of the 2018 recommendations were not fulfilled.
